• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery takes about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada purchase/direct ship item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
